This Privacy Policy describes how Novatrope, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the website cellplans.us, collects, uses, and protects information from visitors and customers.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information — name, shipping address, email, phone number, provided during purchase or via our contact form.
  • Payment information — processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store full credit card numbers; PayPal returns a transaction ID and confirmation status.
  • Service activation details — SIM/EID number, IMEI of your device, preferred area code, and (if porting in a number) your prior carrier name, account number, account PIN, and prior service address. Porting credentials are collected only after payment, and only when you choose to port a number.
  • Site usage data — collected through Google Analytics / Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity, including IP address, browser, pages visited, and click behavior, used in aggregate to measure traffic and ad performance.

How We Use Information

  • To fulfill your order — activating your SIM, shipping product, and contacting you about your order.
  • To initiate number ports with your prior carrier on your behalf.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To measure and improve site performance and advertising.

How We Share Information

  • With the wireless carrier whose plan you purchased (e.g., LycaMobile, GEN Mobile), as required to activate and maintain your service.
  • With PayPal, as the payment processor.
  • With shipping carriers (e.g., USPS) for delivery.
  • With Google and Microsoft, as described above, for analytics.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

Order, shipping, and activation records are retained for as long as required for tax, accounting, and carrier obligations (typically seven years). Porting credentials are deleted from our systems once the port is complete or after 30 days, whichever is sooner.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment is handled directly by PayPal on PayPal's servers. Porting information collected through this site is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access restricted to staff handling your order.

  • You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
  • You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
  • You may decline cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent purchase.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
