These Terms of Service govern your use of cellplans.us, operated by Novatrope, Inc. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
About Us
Novatrope, Inc. is an independent authorized dealer of prepaid wireless SIM cards and service plans from LycaMobile and GEN Mobile. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by any wireless carrier. All carrier names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract to make a purchase.
Products and Services
We sell new, unactivated SIM cards bundled with prepaid service plans purchased directly from the carrier. After payment we ship the SIM card and, on your request, activate the included service. Service is provided by the underlying carrier under the carrier's own terms; carrier service terms take precedence over ours with respect to actual cellular service, coverage, throttling, and account suspension.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.
- Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not accept payment directly.
- An order is accepted only after PayPal confirms payment to us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or carrier compatibility issues, and to refund the payment in such cases.
Number Porting
If you choose to port an existing phone number, you authorize us to act as your agent with your prior carrier solely for the purpose of completing the port. You are responsible for the accuracy of porting information you supply. Keep your current service active until porting completes.

Acceptable Use
You may not use the site to make fraudulent orders, to resell service in violation of the carrier's terms, to harass us or other customers, or to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SIM cards and service plans are warranted only as described by the carrier. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novatrope, Inc.'s liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision.
