Returns
You may return an unactivated SIM card in its original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, contact us at the phone or email below with your order/transaction ID; we will provide a return address.
Activated SIM Cards and Service Plans
Once a SIM card is activated, the included service plan is consumed from the carrier and is no longer refundable, except as described under "Defective Cards" below. Partial-month or unused-day refunds are not available; this is set by the carrier, not by us.
Defective Cards
If a SIM card fails to activate or is defective on arrival, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will, at our option, replace the card at no cost or issue a full refund.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships by emailing or calling us; we will refund the full purchase price. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
