Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific time on a business day are typically prepared the same day. Orders received later, or on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, are prepared on the next business day.

Shipping Method and Delivery

We ship via USPS First-Class Mail within the United States. Typical delivery is 3-5 business days from the date of shipment, although USPS delivery times are outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed price of every SIM card plan. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Tracking

If a tracking number is generated by USPS for your shipment, we will email it to the address you provided through PayPal at checkout. Not all First-Class Mail shipments include tracking.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address PayPal supplies at checkout. Please verify your address before completing payment. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that you supplied.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within 14 calendar days of the shipping date, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.
